Thean Hou TempleCombining elements of different Chinese religious traditions, Thean Hou is one of the most impressive temples in Malaysia. It also commands a dramatic view of the city skyline, which only increases its popularity with photographers in the know. Climb the stairs to the upper level, where you can catch lanterns and carved dragons together with the Petronas Towers in the same shot. Also on the grounds is a pond containing more turtles than you've ever seen before (guaranteed) and in the basement there are some gift shops and surprisingly good Chinese food stalls. Getting thereIt's about a 45-minute, largely uphill walk from KL Sentral station (you'll need a map), or you can take a taxi for under RM10. Visitor commentsNo postings yet. Yours could be the first!
